At CAP Hardware Supply, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a straightforward return policy in place.
Standard Stock Items
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of shipment to initiate returns with our team and up to 45 days total to return goods to our dock for inspection (all time periods refer to after the date of shipment).
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all standard stock items returned in resellable condition.
Full credit may be given for standard stock items against a new order of equal or greater value, provided the return is initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment and product is returned to our dock within 45 days from date of shipment.
Note that in additional to the above terms we will always replace any products that are found to be damaged or not working as intended provided that we are contacted within 30 days of shipment and the items are returned for inspection within 45 days or less from shipment date.
Special Order Items
Special order items are typically non-returnable due to their unique nature. However, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. In some unique cases they may be returned for a larger restocking fee or swapped for similar items if approved by our Customer Service team.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of shipment.
All returns must be shipped back to our dock within 45 days from the date of shipment.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless a product defect or error was caused by CAP Hardware Supply.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Please note that all returns are subject to our final approval.
