Absolutely - we have over 25,000 SKUs that we sell as well as offering products custom to print.. For example we can do washers, screws, nuts, bolts and rivets as custom-to-print, often within 6-8 weeks or less in many cases. We also make bandsaw blades to length in-house anywhere from 3/16” wide blades to 2” wide blades and 3 foot long to 40+ foot long sizes. Contact us to special quote any items through our chat or contact form. We do most special quotes for fasteners and saw blades within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Materials of fasteners that we offer include 304 stainless, 316 stainless, A286, 400 SS, Grade 5 steel, Grade 8 steel, Grade 9 bolts, and many other special order grades as well. Some of the industries our fasteners go into are marine, automotive, aerospace, and military.

Yes, we have band saw blades suitable for cutting wood, metal, and other materials. We have small blades 3/16, ¼, ⅜ and ½ inch wide for hobby use all the way up to 2” wide for industrial production use and even offer technical assistance for recommending blade speeds and feeds.

Cutting 18-8 stainless steel requires a bi-metal bandsaw blade with a variable tooth pitch. Bi-metal blades with high-speed steel teeth and backing material are ideal for achieving precise cuts on stainless steel. We stock several different types of M42 bimetal bandsaw blades for cutting stainless steel - in both solid and hollow structural shapes. Contact us for recommendations on blades as well as speeds and feeds for your saw.

Yes - absolutely. We have made hundreds of different custom fasteners to our customers specifications and blueprints. We pride ourselves in offering very reasonable prices and batch minimum runs on custom hardware. We often can turn around custom fasteners in as little as 4-6 weeks to a customers doorstep(assuming the parts are not overly complex). Our custom tooling/mold fees are very reasonable.
Here are just some examples of custom fasteners we have made in the past for our clients:
- Phenolic washers with excellent electrical insulation (materials like Bakelite XX, G10 and many others)
- Nylon flat washers in both metric and imperial SAE sizes.
- Tin plated nuts, screws and washers for electronics.
- Large diameter 316SS and A286 SS fasteners like Hex cap screws, socket screws and washers.
- Oversized fender washers with custom ID, OD and thickness properties
- Mil Spec coatings on fasteners such as dry film lubricant, chem fil anodizing and black oxide.
- Custom thin panel and jam nuts with fine and extra fine threads in many materials(including stainless steel and aluminum)
- Locking screws - commercial grade or military spec grade locking patches.
- DFARs material and/or Domestic USA made screws, nuts and bolts that are usually only available from overseas countries. (TAA compliant as well)

Shipping times vary based on your location. We ship via all major carriers in order to provide the best price and fastest service levels. Our Carriers include UPS, Fedex and US Postal service. Large B2B orders can be shipped via LTL pallet as well.

Most in-stock products that are ordered on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next Business Day, therefore the Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday and are scheduled to arrive for Tuesday delivery.
*If a holiday falls on Monday, the order will ship on Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday.

We have ten-of-thousands of items ready to ship in stock, but often customers need something a little bit custom or more stock than we may have on hand at the moment. We're happy to help and make sure you, as our customer, gets their product in a timely manner.
Most common fasteners (common sized, nuts, bolts, screws and washers) can be shipped within 1 week or less even if you order more stock than we show available at the moment. If the item is semi-common - for example a washer with a unique outer diameter that is somewhat uncommon - we can usually ship within 2-3 weeks. Complete custom fasteners can be made to print and ship within 4-6 weeks to your door often! This is assuming your product is not overly complex and requires a unique mold or tooling to be developed(even in those cases we have sometimes been able to deliver to a customer's door in less than 8 weeks!
We do all this because we realize you need our fasteners for a reason - a project, a manufacturing run, or a repair job - and we want you to succeed.
